Manufacturing

We are a boutique supplier of soft plastic fishing baits located in Annapolis Maryland. All our soft plastic baits are molded with state-of-the-art manufacturing and tooling using injection mold processes in a small quantity production environment. This ensures that our staff touch and inspect every single bait that is produced early in the production process. We only use polished aluminum molds and premium polymers that provides the highest quality product available in the market today. Our proprietary tooling, material formulations and coloration pigments are key to why our baits perform higher than others in the soft plastic bait market.

Quality

Product quality is of the highest priority at Red Devil Baits. Every detail of our baits are carefully inspected and tested with a focus on product consistency. Our testing environment goes way beyond others in the space with each bait undergoing rigorous testing for profile-likeness, softness, buoyancy, in-water action, weight, color, taste, scent, and material formulation. We focus on bait profiles that we know catch fish. We have a well rounded and proven bait collection and continue to innovate with new and existing bait profiles to give our products the nuanced attention to detail that sets our baits apart.

Innovation

Our product development strategy seeks to innovate our product lines based on regional fisheries and specific species capture.
